摘要
•Microfluidic droplet solvent extraction crystallization was applied to cabotegravir.•A co-solvent was added improve droplet stability and particle monodispersity.•Additional anti-solvents were screened to prevent amorphous particle formation.•The use of a binder improved particle robustness, but led to morphological changes.•Parallelization resulted in a 100-fold increase in throughput over a single channel.
