摘要

•A novel fluorescent probe CQDs with o-phenylenediamine group was prepared.•NO fiber optic sensor based on CQDs was prepared with detection limit of 10 nM.•The sensor exhibited good selectivity for NO and can be used for actual serum.•NO detection mechanism has been specifically explored.
