摘要
The sintering behaviour and microwave dielectric properties of LiCaPO4 ceramic synthesized by the solid-state reaction method have been investigated, and the vibration property has been discussed with the help of the first principle calculation. Characterisation methods include X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, network analysis, differentia-thermal and thermo- mechanical analysis, and Raman spectrometry. The increasing sintering temperature results in the formation of the second phase. The composite ceramic with two phases (LiCaPO4 and Ca-3 (PO4)(2)) has formed when sintered at 950 degrees C, 2.99 g/cm(3) for density, 20.09 for epsilon(r) and tan delta = 0.008 at 8 GHz.
