Developments in vanadium-catalysed polymerisation reactions: A review

Polymerisation catalysed by vanadium complexes which have escaped review are detailed in this minireview. The polymerisation of higher olefins, ring opening metathesis polymerisation of alkenes, and ring-opening polymerisation of lactones are explored. Unique characteristics of vanadium complexes in catalysis and their future perspectives are highlighted.
