摘要
The Sea Ice Prediction Network (SIPN) is a community-wide\r\neffort to assess seasonal sea ice forecasts for the Arctic. It has\r\nbeen in operation since 2008, when it started life as the SEARCH\r\nSea Ice Outlook (Hamilton and Stroeve 2016). This international\r\ninitiative has created a strong community of researchers from\r\nvarious backgrounds with a common interest in forecasting sea\r\nice conditions in the Arctic Ocean.
