摘要
This paper describes the comparison of quadrature and in-phase error measurement using the NMIA Inductive Voltage Divider (IVD) and the NIM Resistive Voltage Divider (RVD) between NMIA and NIM. The IVD provides output to input voltage ratios of 0.001 to 0.01 with standard uncertainties between 0.008×10 -6 and 0.04×10 -6 at frequencies up to 1 kHz. An RVD of a series-parallel structure has been proposed by NIM. The RVD provides an output to input voltage ratio of 0.01 and has been self-calibrated with in-phase and quadrature standard uncertainties better than 4×10 -6 at frequencies up to 1 kHz. Both in in-phase and quadrature errors of the IVD and RVD have been compared at frequencies from 40 Hz to 1 kHz at the voltage ratio of 0.01. The measurement results show agreement within 2×10 -6 V/V for inphase errors and 2.5 μrad for quadrature errors at frequencies up to 1 kHz.
