摘要

•The competition mechanism for CoFeCrGa and CoFeAlGa be changed though tuning chemical potential and temperature, and the difference of spin-dependent transport properties is explained.•The spin-galess semiconductors (CoFeCrGa) and half-metallic ferrimagnets (CoFeCrAl) can be applied to spin caloritronic devices.
