摘要

•Degradation of a PTB7-Th:PC71BM-based OSC investigated by electrical measurements.•The charge carrier mobility showed only a minor change when exposed to ambient air.•The PCE loss was correlated to the bimolecular recombination coefficient increasement.•The variation of the reduction factor with the air exposure time was also obtained.
