Multi-spectral functional metasurface simultaneously with visible transparency, low infrared emissivity and wideband microwave absorption

摘要
•Using ITO, two functional layers that can suppress IR emission and achieve wideband microwave absorption are designed and combined to achieve compatible stealth.•Through the structural design, a wideband microwave absorption of 9.6–35.3 GHz higher than 90% is achieved.•Utilizing the low-pass and high-resistance characteristics of the frequency selective surface (FSS), high microwave transmission and low infrared emissivity are realized simultaneously.•The visible transmittance of the fabricated prototype measured by the ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometer reached 62.4%
