Interface engineering of Mo8/Cu heterostructures toward highly selective electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide into acetate

摘要
Functional material composited of Mo8 clusters and Cu nanocubes was established with inclusive Cu–O–Mo interfaces which is well defined with electronic structure investigation. The as-prepared interfaces contact functional transition metal oxide clusters and Cu based materials serving as active sites for CO2RR with state-of-the-art activity and selectivity to acetate.
