摘要

•Design of hybrid pellet of WO3/Si-Al and PtIn/hydrotalcite for propane to olefins.•Models of pellet catalyst and axial dispersion reactor were simulated by gPROMS.•Ratio of catalysts and pellet size were varied to find a maximum alkene yield.•Onepellet design could offer higher product yield than a two-pellet design.•An optimal DMD catalyst offers the highest catalytic performance.
