摘要

•Revised and extended spectral analysis of Bi III is presented.•Calculations are made using the quasi-relativistic approach implemented in Cowan's code.•Optimized values of energy levels are deduced using the computer code LOPT.•The level structure is theoretically interpreted using the least-squares parametric fitting method.•Transition probabilities and Ritz wavelengths of all observed transitions are reported with uncertainties.
