摘要

•Synthesis of Ta-doped Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLZTO)/Li2.3C0.7B0.3O3 (LCBO) composites.•LCBO addition is effective to reduce the sintering temperature of LLZTO.•Room temperature conductivity above 10−4 S/cm for LLZTO/LCBO composites.•Excess LCBO addition degrades the tolerance for Li dendrite penetration.
