摘要
The electret process parameters have a great influence on the chargeability and dischargeability of PVDF electrospinning film. This subject uses a self-designed corona charging device to electretize the sample. It mainly explores the influence of sample thickness, charging voltage, charging time and charging distance of the sample's chargeability and dischargeability. Experiments showed that the charging voltage has a great impact on the surface potential of the sample; the higher the charging voltage, the better the charging effect. The charging time and charging distance have low effect on the surface potential of the sample. At the same time, the thicker the sample thickness, the more charge the sample can capture and the higher the surface potential of the material, Excessive high thickness however has little effect on the surface potential of the sample but will reduce the permeability of the material. This study provides a reference for setting process parameters and product design in actual production.
