A species of the genus Homolobus (Homolobinae): Homolobus truncator (Say) is recorded as a parasitoid of the fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (J.E.Smith), in Durango, Mexico. This parasitoid contributes to the knowledge of the biodiversity of Hymenoptera for the State of Durango.
