摘要

The promulgation and enforcement of the Electronic Signature Law of PRC are very important to the development of E-business in China. It will become a golden key to open the door. of the rapid development of E-business. But there are some defects in the Electronic Signature Law. This article will point out the great significance of this law and bring forward some proposals to perfect its enforcement. Thereby, we can make this law entirely promote the rapid development of E-business in China.
