Register of births as the most important tool for forecasting obstetric complications and reducing of perinatal loss level

The urgency of creating and implementing a register of pregnancy and childbirth in the Arctic zone of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) with a retrospective analysis of all currents and outcomes of pregnancy and childbirth for the timely prediction and prevention of perinatal complications and transportation of pregnant women to the Ill level of maternity care institutions has been determined.
