Comprehensive Interpretation on Collapse Column in Coal Measure Strata

The collapse column is distributed in a large area in North China, which has a great influence on coal mine safety production. As a result, identification and quantitative research of collapse column is very significant. With high resolution, high SNR and high survey grid density, 3D seismic exploration makes it possible to explore collapse column with a diameter of several dozens of meters or even smaller. By setting the geologic abnormal body discovered in a mining area of Zhangji Coal Mine, this paper makes a comprehensive interpretation via 3D seismic exploration interpretation technology. Meanwhile, issues about identification for geologic abnormal body related to collapse column are discussed.
