Research on the Construction of Employment Assistance System for College Graduates with Family Financial Difficulties

With the popularization of the higher education, the former elite education philosophy is gradually shifting to education popularization. In this case, enrollment expansion of colleges and universities emerges, which leads to the severe employment situation of college graduates. In 2017, the number of college graduates will hit a new high, which will evidently lead to the "most difficult employment year for college graduates". Among all the college graduates, the ones from families with financial difficulties requires extra attention from the society. These graduates rank in a disadvantaged position due to family financial difficulties and lack of human resource. In this case, they are more pressed and desired to be hired. After the general analysis of the employment situation and problems of graduates from regular institutions of higher learning, this paper sets the starting point and foothold both on the college graduates from families with financial difficulties. On this basis, this paper discusses relevant issues of the employment system construction, with some advices and suggestions, aiming to guide the construction of the employment system of colleges' graduates from families with financial difficulties and to solve the employment difficulties of the college graduates. With the continuous development of economic society, the regular higher education in our country is popularizing unceasingly. In 2017, there will be more than 8 million graduates, will may reach the new high of the "most difficult employment year for college graduates". What's worse, about 30% of the former mentioned graduates are those from families with financial difficulties. They suffer more severe employment situation([1]). Why? On one hand, the financial difficulties lead to urgent demand and intention to employment. On the other hand, they owns limited number of social resources, which in turn may cause more difficulties during the pursuit of employment. It is the practical demand and an essential part in the construction of the all-round employment assistance and assurance system to create better employment conditions and opportunities for college graduates from families with financial difficulties in the process of employment service for regular institutions of higher learning.
