An IVR Service System Based on Adjustable Broadcast Sequence Speech Recognition

At present, IVR service system has been widely used in business area. It can communicate between the client and business operations quickly, intuitively, and reliably. But more mature IVR service systems exist at least two points of deficiencies: First, most users listen to the information by attaching to the handset ear, then take down to input that information. This approach is not good for their experience; Second, the current IVR systems are stereotyping according to a sequential broadcast way, rather than dynamic broadcast in accordance with the users accustom. It will cause the user wait for a long time. In this paper, we discuss about the current common problems in the IVR system, and we propose a new system which is based on the new IVR. It is based on an adjustable broadcast order speech recognition. This new system can play by summing the user by using the laws of the IVR system dynamically, then through the IVR flow to reduce the user's waiting time. It can reduce the complexity of the user's key operation, and it can also meet the needs of user's for the IVR service efficiency through the intelligent voice recognition feature.
