摘要
This study aims to compare the clinical effect of thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets and topical corticosteroids in the treatment of erosive oral lichen pianos (OLP). 76 cases of CD4 normal and 84 cases of CD4 low erosive OLP-verified-patients were randomly selected from October 2011 to October 2012, and each were equal-randomly divided into two groups. Half cases were treated with corticosteroids (control group, CG), and others were given corticosteroids complex with thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets (experiment group, EG). The levels of T cell subgroups and humoral immunity were detected before and after the treatment, and the curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated at 1 and 3 months, and the recurrence was recorded 6 months and 12 months after the treatment. In two groups, the total effective rate in two EG was significantly higher than CG, and the efficacy of EG in CD4 low group was superior to that of CD4 normal one (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate was no statistically significance in CD4 normal group after 6 and 12 months later, but EG demonstrated lower recurrence rate to CG in CD4 low group (P < 0.05). Thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets combined with corticosteroids were more effective to treat erosive oral lichen planes, and it can improve CD4 T cell level.
