摘要

•Magnetic domain structure is presented in epitaxial Fe100-xGax thin films.•Films with Ga content below 20 present a contrast due to domain walls.•Ripple structures are observed in films with x above 20% Ga.•Non-homogeneous distribution of strain and Ga atoms explain the ripple structure.
