Test-time adaptable neural networks for robust medical image segmentation

•CNN based medical image segmentation is not robust to scanner, protocol changes.•We propose per-test-image adaptive normalization to tackle this problem.•The adaptation is driven so as to obtain plausible segmentations.•The method works across multi-center datasets of several anatomies.
