摘要
On 2004 INCUCAI (Unique National Central Coordinator Institute Of Procurement and Transplantation) developed SINTRA (National Information System of Procurement and Transplantation from Argentine Republic) therefore more than 95% of the existing centers and patients are registered. This publication is part of the First Report showing 2004 and 2005 Chronic Dialysis Patients' outcomes. The aim of the study is to analyze the causes of exit from the Argentinian Registry of patients on Chronic Dialysis in 2004-2005, especially due to renal transplantation. In 2004 Chronic Dialysis was practised to 24240 patients and in 2005 to 26976 patients in Argentina. 2004 is set aside from the analysis because Of statistical bias, except for the Punctual prevalents. Punctual prevalents up to 12/31/04: 21034 patients; Punctual prevalents up to 12/31/05: 22333 patients. Exits during 2005: 4643 patients, due to death 3387, due to other causes: 1256 patients, within 709 due to kidney transplantation. Exit rate per habitant, considering achieved transplantations, is 19.1 renal transplantation per million of population. Nephropathy Diabetes Patients receipt 7 renal transplantations every 1000 patients or 0.7 per 100 patient-years at risk (p/yr) and non-Nephropathy Diabetes patients receipt almost 42 every, 1000 patients (4.17 per 100 p/yr). The rate of 19.1 renal transplantation per million of population in Our country, is better than Chile's of 16.9 in 2004 and worse than the Uruguay rate of 31.8 in the same year.
