摘要
In order to get micro-arc oxidation (MAO) 3-D interconnected porous ceramic film structure with a good biological performance on TC4 alloy, we prepared porous ceramic film containing calcium and phosphate in phosphate system. Phase composition, surface morphology, cross-section morphology, chemical composition, roughness and corrosion resistant properties were detected by XRD, SEM, EDS, surface profiler and electrochemical detection methods to study the internal pore structure of the film. Results show that the film contains anatase, rutile, calcium and phosphorus compounds. With MAO time increasing, the holes and micro holes would be broken down many times and thus the three dimensional connected holes structure appears, reducing the coating corrosion resistance, but enhancing the surface biocompatibility.
