Preparation and Optical Properties of Ag/TiO2 Binary Nanocrystals Superlattice

Ag/TiO2 binary nanocrystals superlattice were synthesized through a simple physical-blend method under ultrasonic treatment. Meanwhile, some factors (radius ratio between the particles and ultrasonic time) influencing the Ag/TiO2 microscopic structure were investigated and an interpretation for that influence was given out. The optical properties including absorption characteristic under UV-Vis light and the photocatalytic activity under visible light were studied for further research.
