摘要

•Biochemical markers can help estimate risk of progression in patients with primary biliary cholangitis.•Data from the POISE trial were used to calculate GLOBE score and aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index.•Obeticholic acid treatment was associated with a shift to lower risk of progression.
