摘要

•Supercritical CO2 & Tween 80 preserves the structure and partially devitalizes BJVs.•A hybrid SDS/scCO2 & Tween 80 treatment fully and quickly decellularized BJVs.•Chitosan with and without AgNPs can be introduced into BJVs from H2O/CO2 system.•The chitosan based coatings smooth the surface and harden the tissue of BJVs.
