摘要
Ophiopogonin D and extracts by n-Butanol, water and chloroform were obtained from Radix Ophiopogon Japotticus. Their protective effects on H2O2-induced damage in human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) were observed. All three extractes can decrease the apoptosis of HUVECs, among which n-Butanol extract has strong effect. As the main ingredient, Ophiopogonin D could down regulate the over-expression of KDR, MMP9, RHOB, VCAM1 by H2O2.
