GROWTH, STRUCTURE AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF La(2)CoMnO(6) CRYSTALS

Crystals of La(2)CoMnO(6) with dimensions (2-5) x (2-5) X (1-3) mm(3) were grown by high temperature solution growth method (HTSGM). The crystals were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive Xray analysis (EDAX) and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The resistivity of the specimens of La(2)CoMnO(6) at room temperature was 1.29 x 10(2) cm. Three shallow levels were established from the measured temperature dependence of the conductivity.
