Lost to follow-up among Ledipasvir/sofosbuvir treated patients in Canada: The BC Hepatitis Testers Cohort
JOURNAL OF VIRAL HEPATITIS(2018)
摘要
Results: We found a prevalence of 22.5% (HBV) and 0.9 (HCV). The majority of blood donations were familial for HBV (87.8%) and HCV (100%). The average age of donors with HBV was 20–14 years. The liberal profession accounted for (37.1%). Men were the most affected (72.7%). Pediatrics (34.3%) and Maternity (33.3%) were the main applicants. Monogamous were the most represented (57.6%). Conclusion: Hepatitis B and C are the main conditions at risk of contamination during blood transfusion. Their research is fundamental to avoiding recipient contamination and reducing the incidence of these conditions. This is why prevention strategies must be multiplied in this direction.
