摘要
the two amphipathic helices were swapped or in which the formation of only one helix was impaired by insertion of proline still enabled production of infectious HCV particles. In contrast, ApoC1 mutants carrying proline insertions in both amphipathic helices did not support virus assembly. CONCLUSION: Various apolipoproteins compensate for lack of ApoE during HCV assembly, and virus production critically depends on the presence of amphipathic alpha helices within apolipoproteins.
