Improvement of Clinical Pregnancy Rate of Frozen Embryo Transfer in Infertile Women with Thin Endometrium by Intrauterine Administration of Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma During Endometrial Local Injury
JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE(2019)
摘要
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether autologous platelet-rich plasma infusion during endometrial local injury at thin endometrium in infertile women can avoid the cancellation of embryo transfer cycle caused by endometrial factors. STUDY DESIGN: Eleven patients who had undergone previous frozen embryo transfer cycles were recruited into the study. After an endometrial local injury, autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was infused into the uterine cavity at least once until endometrium thickness reached >= 7 mm. RESULTS: The endometrium thickness of 10 patients was found to be >= 7 mm after PRP injection at time of endometrial local injury. Nine of those patients achieved pregnancy after embryo transfer. CONCLUSION: PRP injection during endometrial local injury increased endometrial thickness and avoided the cancellation of embryo transfer cycle caused by endometrial factors.
