A Novel Binary Phase Code of Wind Profiling Radar

This paper describes a pulse compression technique based on complementary binary phase code for wind profiling radar. Analysis of the complementary code signals known to have a better side lobe suppression, to make up for other deficiencies of general binary phase code. Combined with wind profiling radar mode of operation, gives a simple implement method of matched filter. Finally, paper gives simulation results and performance analysis. It is feasible to use the complementary Code in the wind profiling radar.
