Persuasive-Universal Design Model for Creating User Experience in Product to Solve Behavior Problems

Product design and development has a vital role to help and simplify human life. Rapid development of technology and human needs require the continuous development of product design for further assessment. This research focuses on producing a new product development method to create products that can he useful to support the expected user's behavior. Worldwide, the issue of bad behavior has become a common problem that can occur anywhere, anytime. Through this research, we develop a product development method that is suitable to create persuasive, universal products that are able to generate positive user experience in order to lead users for having expected behavior. The purpose of the product created from this method is to simplify human life through the product use that can help them achieve expected behavior.
