摘要
In this research, nanostructured Zr-O thermal barrier coatings were deposited on the copper specimens using various deposition methods, such as ion implantation, vacuum-arc spraying, magnetron sputtering, and microplasma oxidation. The phase structure and the morphology of the coatings were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the oxide ceramic coatings mainly consisted of tetragonal zirconia with m- ZrO2 and SiO2. The thermal stress life of coating at 1000 degrees C is above 90 cycles.
