摘要

•Anatase TiO2 QDs are prepared by using Ti mixed precursors and hydrothermal method.•The process is proved to be a simple and eco-friendly method to prepare TiO2 QDs.•The synthesized TiO2 QDs present enhanced photocatalytic activity and stability.
