摘要

•A novel electrochemical sensing strategy was developed for ultrasensitive detection of Group B Streptococci.•The ratiometric LAMP electrochemical sensor greatly improved the stability and reproducibility.•The developed sensor was successfully applied for the detection of GBS in clinical samples.
