摘要
Differential mode EMI filter typically accounts for a large part of the overall volume and weight of high-power converter. In SiC filter-less PV application, the DM filter design is more challenging. This paper proposes a differential mode EMI filter design for SiC filter-less PV inverter. Notch branch is adopted to reduce the highest DM noise while a two stage LC filter is designed to reduce other noise. Experimental results with 100 kW SiC PV inverter are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
