摘要
•Carotid artery-jugular vein, encapsulated by neck skin tissue, was constructed.•Cardiac thermal pulse at the external neck-skin surface was extracted.•Instantaneous thermal noise, in the cardiac thermal pulse, was quantified.•Varied degree of carotid stenosis, in the range of 25% to 75%, was introduced.•A method to quantify stenosis from Cardiac thermal pulse was established.
