摘要
Palliation of gastric outlet obstruction (GOO) requires safe and durable intervention. The two most common interventions are surgical gastrojejunostomy (surgical-GJ) and enteral stenting (ES). With the advent of lumen apposing metal stents, EUS-guided gastrojejunostomy (EUS-GJ) is now a third option, but large studies assessing the relative risks and benefits of this technique with long-term follow-up are not available.
