摘要

•Surface-fluorinated TiO2 hollow spheres were prepared by a wet chemical process.•Thickness of the surface-fluorinated TiO2 hollow spheres can easily be manipulated.•Surface-fluorinated TiO2 hollow spheres exhibited mesoporous structure.•It has displayed enhanced photocatalytic performance.
