摘要
Composite oxide support, SiO2-Al2O3, with high surface area, was prepared by one-pot procedure, and 10 wt%Fe, 10%Fe5%Co, and 10%Fe5%Ru were impregnated for Fischer-Tropsch (FT) studies. BET studies show the hysteresis loop for mesoporous (m) structure of the composite. H2-TPR studies showed the effect of Ru and Co on iron oxide reduction at lower temperature and XPS studies confirmed two oxidation states for cobalt and iron with different binding energies. The FT studies in a 3D printed stainless steel (SS) microchannel microreactor were performed at 1 atm at 300 °C. 10Fe5Ru catalyst showed better CO conversion and higher selectivity to C1–C3 hydrocarbons.
