摘要
•The fabrication process and characterization of rhenium diselenide (ReSe2) saturable absorber were demonstrated.•The modulation depth of the ReSe2 nanosheet was 11.4%.•The shortest mode-locked pulse width of Nd:GdTaO4 laser was about 447 ps.
