Development of once-through manufacturing machine for large-area Perovskite solar cell production

•We develop an innovative low-cost Perovskite solar cell manufacturing machine (MK-20), using once-through process.•This machine carries out thin-film coating using slot-die coater and fast heat treatment for four thin layers.•The largest area produced is 80 cm × 80 cm. The maximum production rate is 6 cells per hour.•This machine is able to manufacture various kinds of Perovskite cells with different chemical composition.•Some key technologies in large-area Perovskite cell production are presented.
