Targeted therapy forelderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

：With the development oftumor cell biology,many targeted therapy drugs that aim specifically to inhibit tumorgrowth have been developed. Application of targeted drugs as first-line and second-linetherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have acquiredexciting curative effect. Molecular targeted therapy for old patients have importantclinical values,because old patients have weak toleration to chemotherapy as a result ofphysical and pharmacological features.
