摘要
•Nanosized Ag-modified 2D/2D hydroxylated g-C3N4/TS-1 Z-scheme nanocomposites were synthesized for photocatalytic CO2RR.•The Z-scheme charge transfer and separation mechanism between g-C3N4 and TS-1 has been clearly verified.•Ag NPs function as electron capturers benefiting the charge separation meanwhile as catalytic sites for activating CO2.•This work showcases an effective and feasible design strategy to fabricate highly effective TS–1 based photocatalysts.
