摘要
•Safety assessment of postulated defects in RPV during single-phase PTS is presented.•Temperature distribution due to ECC injection during a LOCA is computed in CFD.•Stress intensity is computed in thermo-mechanical analyses based on the temperature.•Probability of crack propagation initiation is computed based on the master curve approach.•Crack locations, shapes and directions in (un)irradiated RPV wall are compared.
