Graphene as non conventional transparent conductive electrode in silicon heterojunction solar cells

摘要
•Graphene is applied as top conductive electrode in silicon heterojunction solar cells.•Graphene is tested on different p-type doped Si- and SiOx-based emitters.•Results are encouraging if compared with standard top conductive electrodes.•High quality of dry-transferred graphene over large area (4 cm2) is demonstrated.•It is possible to avoid conventional plasma-based electrodes and their deleterious effect.
