Using the theory of planned behavior to predict food safety behavioral intention: A systematic review and meta-analysis
International Journal of Hospitality Management(2020)
摘要
•A random effect model of the TPB constructs predicts behavioral intention (ES¯ = .28, p < .001).•The total between study heterogeneity ratio was low and non-significant (Q = 1.851, p = 0.396).•The subjective norms were noted as main predictor to influence food safety behavioral intention.•Studies incorporated employee motivation have a drastic positive effect on food safety attitude.•The accumulated TPB model explained a 22% of total true effect variance, 78% is still unexplained.
